Notes
- *Compulsory medical insurance cover for full time students is payable once during the academic year at a rate determined by the agreed insurer, Modular and school-based students pay Kshs 2500 per session.
- All fees are payable in full prior to the first day of registration each semester.
- The University will not accept cash. Cash should be deposited in any of the following University accounts at any branch and the deposit slip presented to the finance department.

- Graduation fee is Kshs 6,500.
- Credit transfer application fees is Kshs 1,125 and each unit transferred shall be charged Kshs 1,125(FOR UNDERGRADUATE ONLY)
- Thesis and supervision fees is; Kshs 50,000 per semester. Continuation fees Kshs 50,000 per semester. (FOR MASTERS ONLY)

BANK DEPOSITS:
Cash should be deposited in any of the bank accounts in the previous page and the banking slip immediately presented to the finance office for issuance of a University receipt. Kindly ensure correct capturing of your name and registration number on the banking slip.
MPESA PAYMENT: M-PESA PAYMENT VIA KCB (For registered students only)
- Go to M-PESA menu on your phone
- Select Pay Bill
- Enter Business number (522123)
- Enter school code (10044k) and your registration number as one word
- Enter Amount
- Enter PIN
- Press ok to confirm Sending of money
