Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL)
This is a two year academic post-graduate programme that provides the platform for the development of astute leadership competences for Christian leaders from diverse backgrounds and institutions. The program will prepare leaders to take greater responsibilities in the Church, church-related organizations and others in facilitating change and innovation, confronting social issues and ultimately driving improved performance throughout the organization. The MAOL provides the organizational leaders with an opportunity to acquire the required skills to lead their organizations effectively with Christian values and learn ethical behaviour that will facilitate the process of scrutinizing business behaviour, providing greater transparency and accountability in African countries and beyond.
