The Hub Policy Framework

A best practice policy framework for the Leadership and Governance Hub as a Centre of Excellence aims at providing a framework to foster collaboration and share best practices among collaborating centers. The best practice framework models the Hub as a Centre of Excellence based on systems theory that comprises input (environment), transformation (the Hub), and output (impact). The framework conceptualizes the internal operation of the Hub as a set of high-level capabilities including strategy,  governance,  structure,  funding, people and culture. The core capabilities of the Hub include:

It outlines how the framework can be used by the Hub to support its strategic direction and operational decisions over time. It will guide the operations of the Hub as a Centre of Excellence in the start-up phase and into the future. The goal of the guide is to foster collaboration and share best practices among existing Centers of Excellence and raise the profile of AIU the host institution through the establishment of appropriate programs and activities based at its various centers.
