AIU Strengthens Leadership in Transformative Education Through Strategic Partnership with CHRM College
On October 27th, 2025, Africa International University (AIU) reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to transformative, market-relevant education through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CHRM College.
This landmark partnership reflects AIU’s mission to raise a new generation of ethical leaders and professionals who will shape Kenya and the continent through excellence in human resource education, leadership development, and national transformation.
Representing the Vice Chancellor, Prof. John Koskey Chang’ach, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Research, led the AIU delegation. He was joined by Dr. Lucy Kinyua (Dean, School of Business and Economics), Dr. Florence Mungathia (Director, Institutional Development and Brand Management), Mr. Joseph Muriithi (Head of Marketing), Mr. Enos Changulo (Partnership Manager), and Ms. Hannah Gacheri (Administrative Officer, School of Business and Economics).
They were received by CHRP Margaret K. Kinyanjui, Principal of CHRM College, together with her leadership team.
This strategic collaboration leverages the strengths of both institutions to create a seamless bridge between professional certification and academic advancement. Through this MoU:
