Development studies is about working with communities to improve their living conditions. It is about empowering individuals and communities to initiate changes that will lead to holistic wellbeing-Spiritual, physical, economic, and social. Graduates of CD and BADs find opportunities to work in CBOs, NGOs, FBOs, County Governments, etc as project officers, etc

Entry requirements

The minimum requirement of Grade C+ must be attained at the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) or its equivalent and additional requirements specified for each academic program,

Applicants with relevant diploma from an institution recognized by the University Senate.

Mode of study

Remote Teaching & Learning via Microsoft Team-Semester

Evening classes- Monday-Thursday (Intake: Jan, May, Sept)

Weekend classes – Friday-Saturday (Intake : Jan, May, Sept)

Modular classes for 2 weeks( April, August, Nov/Dec)
