The Bachelor of Theology program is a 4-year or 8 academic semesters and 2 years or 4 academic semesters for those with Diploma from an accredited institution requiring. The student requires 129 credit hours (4yrs) and 66 credit hours (2yrs) of course work to graduate.

The programme seeks to promote excellence in African Christianity and aims at preparing and providing foundational knowledge, competencies, skills and contextual theological education for pastors, Christian workers, lay leaders, teachers, for ministry in churches, theological institutions, and Para-church organisations in Africa and beyond

  • Entry requirements
  • The minimum requirement of Grade C+ must be attained at the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) or its equivalent and additional requirements specified for each academic program,
  • Diploma holders in relevant field of study with a GPA of 2.5 on a grade scale of 4.0 and a C grade in KCSE
  • A Level with two principal passes or its equivalent
