What happens when worship moves beyond the song, the sound and the Sunday routine to become a powerful expression of faith, discipleship and transformation?
Under the theme “Equipping Pastors and Worship Leaders for Transformational Worship,” the three-day conference will create space for pastors, worship leaders, musicians and church leaders to reflect on the ministry of worship, learn from experienced practitioners and explore new ways of leading congregations into meaningful encounters with God.
Worship is central to the life of the church, yet leading worship effectively requires more than musical ability. It calls for biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, thoughtful planning, teamwork and the ability to connect people with the message of the Gospel. The AIU Worship Conference seeks to bring these dimensions together through a programme that combines biblical teaching with practical ministry experience.

As churches continue to navigate a changing world, the call to worship remains timeless. The AIU Worship Conference 2026 offers an opportunity for those entrusted with leading that worship to pause, learn, connect and consider anew what it means to lead people into worship that transforms lives.
A key feature of the conference will be the participation of Rev. Dr. Pastor Jim Puckett, Worship Pastor at Richardson Church of the Nazarene in Texas, USA. He will lead participants through practical and theological reflections drawn from his experience in worship ministry.
He will be joined by eminent worship pastors from Kenya, creating an opportunity for participants to engage with both international and local perspectives on worship leadership.
Join us for an insightful Qualitative Fieldwork Conversations session with Assoc. Prof. Maureen K. Porter of the University of Pittsburgh as she explores the realities of fieldwork, with a special focus on ethnographic research.
